By accessing this platform and checking the mandatory "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box, you provide explicit, irrevocable legal consent to all clauses outlined in this comprehensive framework.

1. Corporate Governance and U.S. Jurisdiction

To ensure the highest level of financial security and data protection, our operations are managed by our dual-entity structure based in the United States:

  • MIGRAGLOBAL SOLUCIONES LTD: Managed and operated through our U.S. financial infrastructure, specializing in global electronic visa facilitation.

  • Migraciony Soluciones LLC: Registered at 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

By using our services, you agree that any legal disputes or administrative inquiries shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United States, utilizing our secure American financial and data protocols.

2. Definition of Professional Service and Processing Timelines

El Salvador e-Visa is a private, expert-led facilitation agency. We are not a government body.

  • Business Hours Protocol: A "Business Day" is strictly defined as 8 working hours (09:00 to 17:00 local time), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays of El Salvador and the United States.

  • Express Service Disclaimer (24 Business Hours): You explicitly acknowledge that 24 business hours equate to approximately 3 full business days. For example, an application submitted on a Friday afternoon will be finalized by the following Wednesday.

  • Liability for Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by state server maintenance, government holidays, or technical issues within the El Salvador immigration electronic infrastructure.

3. Applicant’s Mandatory Duty of Care and Document Responsibility

  • Sole Responsibility: It is the applicant's sole duty to provide high-resolution, accurate documentation.

  • No Obligatory Audit: While we offer professional assistance, we are not legally obligated to audit every individual document. Any rejection based on blurry photos, incorrect passport data, or missing files is the sole liability of the applicant.

  • Fraudulent Submission: Any attempt to upload forged documents will result in immediate termination of service without a refund and will be reported to U.S. and El Salvador authorities.

4. Transparent Fee Structure and Mandatory Surcharges

  • Standard Service ($100): Includes government processing and professional submission facilitation.

  • Express Priority Service ($175): Includes 24-business-hour handling and priority queue placement.

  • Non-Refundability: In accordance with international digital service standards, all fees are strictly non-refundable once the auditing or submission process has been initiated with the authorities.

5. Privacy Policy, Data Protection, and Digital Assets

  • Bitcoin and Crypto: As El Salvador recognizes Bitcoin as legal tender, we facilitate payments via digital assets. These transactions are finalized upon blockchain confirmation.

  • Data Purge: Upon finalization of your visa process, sensitive document copies are purged from our temporary active servers to prevent identity theft.

  • Payment Security: We utilize Stripe and Airwallex infrastructure; your financial data is never stored on our servers.

6. Chargeback Protection and Contractual Fraud

  • Service Rendered: Our professional service is considered "Fully Rendered" the moment the document audit or government submission begins.

  • No-Refund for Refusals: Visa approval is a government decision. A visa refusal does not constitute a failure of our service.

  • Legal Defense: Any attempt to initiate a bank chargeback (dispute) after a refusal or after our work has been performed will be treated as Contractual Fraud. This agreement, your digital consent, and your IP logs will be provided to financial institutions and U.S. legal authorities to contest the claim.

7. Final Authority and Indirect Liability Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Entry: We sell a professional submission service, not a guaranteed visa. The final authority to grant entry is held by the State of El Salvador.

  • No Liability for Travel Costs: We are not responsible for missed flights, hotel cancellations, or business losses arising from visa processing times or outcomes.
